Start with your usual size and the size/fit guidance beside the product options. Garment measurements can vary by style and supplier, so ask us for the final size chart before confirming your quote. Shirt colors are requests until stock is confirmed. Hats are offered in black or white; the final fit, keychain material, and other product details are confirmed in your quote.

Yes. Choose a face photo in the shirt designer or when customizing a design. Position the crop, then select Use this cropped photo. Sending a shirt or denim design request uploads the reference privately. For a bag inquiry, download the crop and attach it in your email. A photo is a reference for custom artwork; the final proof shows the design for your approval.
Ask for production timing, shipping cost, estimated delivery, and the applicable return terms with your quote. These depend on your order and must be confirmed before production. Your artwork proof timeline is separate from those dates.
Always follow the garment’s care label and the care instructions supplied with your order. As a general guide, wash printed shirts inside out with cool water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the artwork. Air drying helps reduce heat exposure; follow the garment label if using a dryer.
Your bag is saved in this browser when local storage is available. Keep the private review link and reference number shown after sending a design request; that link lets you return to your proof and status. An email inquiry opens in your own email app for you to review and send. No payment details are collected here.
